Finally the luggage arrived, no more borrowed clothes at least.
How many things have changed since my last visit...the biggest difference is the shortage of of electricity in a major city like Lahore. We have one hour of electricity and then one hour of load shedding, continuously throughout the 24 hour period. And ofcourse the heat is so much that it is unbearable to sit in a room with a fan blowing at full speed. Nothing less than an air-conditioner would work. Water coolers, that we saw, while growing up are no more useful.
